Consultation & Design Brief
We visit your home or review your drawings and mood board. We explore scale, finish, electrical requirements, and design language, and present initial concepts for your review.
Fabrication & Craftsmanship
Once the design is approved, our craftsmen build the piece entirely by hand in our UAE workshop. Every weld, curve, and finish detail is executed to the specification agreed with you.
Finishing, Delivery & Installation
We apply the chosen finish, then deliver and install the piece on-site, coordinating with your electrician for a seamless fit.

Custom Pendant Lights
Single pendants, cluster arrangements, and linear suspension systems for kitchen islands, dining tables, and corridors. We design the shade, arm, and canopy in wrought iron or steel, and accommodate any bulb type including Edison, globe, and bespoke glass.
Custom Wall Sconces & Lanterns
Wall-mounted lighting that frames doorways, lines staircases, or anchors a corridor. We also fabricate bespoke exterior lanterns and outdoor wall lights finished to withstand the UAE's heat, humidity, and UV exposure without fading or corroding.

Can Choufani create fully custom chandeliers from scratch?
Yes. We design and fabricate chandeliers entirely from scratch based on your brief, mood board, or architectural drawings. Every dimension, finish, and arm configuration is tailored to your space — we do not use off-the-shelf components for bespoke projects.
What materials do you use for custom lighting?
We work primarily in wrought iron and steel, with finishes including aged brass, matte black, burnished gold, antique bronze, and powder-coated colours. We also incorporate glass, crystal, and natural elements on request, and can match an existing finish in your home.
Do you provide a design consultation before fabrication?
Every project starts with a consultation — either at your property, at our Dubai showroom, or via drawings and photographs — where we discuss the space, the scale, the electrical layout, and the design direction. We only proceed to fabrication once the design has been approved by you.
How long does a custom chandelier or lighting piece take?
Most bespoke lighting projects are completed within 6 to 10 weeks from design approval, depending on size and complexity. Larger or multi-piece commissions may take longer. We agree on a clear timeline before any work begins and keep you updated throughout.
Can you match a chandelier to my existing interior style or furniture?
Absolutely. We regularly work alongside interior designers and homeowners to ensure new lighting pieces are coherent with an existing scheme — whether that means matching a specific metal finish, referencing an architectural detail, or complementing existing Choufani furniture pieces.
Do you handle delivery and installation of chandeliers?
Yes. Our team manages delivery and full installation, including ceiling fixings and rigging. For electrical connections, we coordinate directly with your electrician or can recommend trusted partners. We do not consider a project complete until the piece is hanging and lit correctly.
Can you create outdoor lighting and exterior lanterns?
Yes. We regularly fabricate exterior lanterns, wall sconces, and gate lighting finished with coatings suited to the UAE's heat, humidity, and direct sun. All outdoor pieces are tested for durability before delivery.
