Site Survey & Design Brief
We visit your property to measure the opening, assess the wall and pillar structure, and discuss automation requirements. We then develop detailed design concepts and technical drawings for your review.
Fabrication & Craftsmanship
Once the design is approved, our craftsmen build the gate entirely by hand in our UAE workshop. Every scroll, panel, and structural member is forged and welded to the agreed specification.
Finishing, Delivery & Installation
We apply protective coatings suited to the UAE's outdoor conditions, then deliver and install on-site, including hinge mounting, locking mechanisms, and coordination with your automation supplier.

What materials do you use for gates?
We work primarily in wrought iron and structural steel, chosen for their strength and longevity. Do you provide a site survey before fabrication?
Every gate project begins with a site visit. We measure the opening, assess pillar and wall structure, check ground levels, and discuss any access or security requirements. We only proceed to fabrication once the design and engineering drawings have been approved by you.
How long does a custom gate take from design to installation?
Most gate projects are completed within 6 to 10 weeks from design approval, depending on size, complexity, and finish. Larger estate gates or multi-gate commissions may take longer. We agree on a clear timeline before any work begins.
Do you handle installation?
Our team manages the full process, including delivery, installation, hinge and locking mechanism fitting, and alignment. We coordinate with your contractor or automation supplier to ensure everything is integrated correctly on-site.

Yes. We regularly design gates to sit within existing boundary walls, pillar structures, and landscape features. We can match or complement existing metalwork, stone finishes, or architectural detailing across the property.
